Recipe Coleslaw II (Salad)

Required Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, grated
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 3 teaspoons dried dill weed
Preparing/Cooking:
- In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, carrots and celery.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and dill.
- Pour over salad and toss to coat just before serving.
