Recipe Creamy Family Style Rice Pudding (Christmas)

Required Ingredients:

• 1 1/3 cups cooked white rice
• 2 1/2 cups milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparing/Cooking:

• Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
• In a large bowl, stir together cooked rice, milk and eggs.
• Add raisins and sugar, mix thoroughly.
• Spread into two 8x4 inch loaf pans and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
• Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
