Recipe Cry Babies II (Cookie)

Required Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup molasses
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 cup milk
• 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup raisins

Preparing/Cooking:

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Lightly grease cookie sheets.
• In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
• Stir in the molasses.
• Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger; stir into the molasses mixture alternately with the milk.
• Finally, mix in the chocolate chips and raisins.
• Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
• Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
• Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
