Recipe Fried Green Tomatoes III (Vegetarian)

Required Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large green tomatoes
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparing/Cooking:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
- Slice tomatoes 1/4 inch thick.
- Place flour in a small bowl.
- Dip tomatoes into the beaten egg, then dredge the tomatoes in the flour.
- Fry the tomatoes in the oil.
- Fry for approximately 2 minutes, flip the tomato and fry on the other side another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
