Recipe Glazed Pork Chop (Pork)

Required Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 4 pork chops
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparing/Cooking:

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
• In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and mustard.
• Mix together well.
• Butterfly the pork chops and arrange them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
• Spread the mustard mixture over the chops, then sprinkle with the lemon juice.
• Place about 1/8 of an inch of water in the bottom of the baking dish.
• Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or to desired doneness.
