Recipe Jambon au Sirop D'Erable (Pork)

Required Ingredients:
- 6 pounds smoked pork shoulder
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 whole onion
- 4 whole cloves
- water to cover
Preparing/Cooking:
- Place pork in a large pot.
- Add maple syrup and mustard powder.
- Cover with water until pork is fully submerged.
- Peel onion, then push cloves into it.
- Place onion in pot with pork.
- Cook over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 hours, or until pork is tender.
