Recipe Libby's® Pumpkin Pie (Pie)

Required Ingredients:
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (30 ounce) can LIBBY'S® Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
- 2/3 cup NESTLE® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
Preparing/Cooking:
- PREHEAT oven to 425 degrees F.
- BEAT eggs lightly in large bowl.
- Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated milk.
- Pour into pie shell.
- BAKE for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
- (Do not freeze as this may cause filling to separate from crust.
