Recipe Libby's® Pumpkin Pie (Pie)

Required Ingredients:

• 1 (9 inch) unbaked (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
• 2 large eggs
• 1 (30 ounce) can LIBBY'S® Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
• 2/3 cup NESTLE® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk

Preparing/Cooking:

• PREHEAT oven to 425 degrees F.
• BEAT eggs lightly in large bowl.
• Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated milk.
• Pour into pie shell.
• BAKE for 15 minutes.
• Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F.
• Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
• Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
• Serve immediately or refrigerate.
• (Do not freeze as this may cause filling to separate from crust.
• )
