Recipe Low-Carb Beef Fajitas (Beef)

Required Ingredients:
- 2 pounds steak, sliced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 tablespoons guacamole
Preparing/Cooking:
- In a large skillet, saute pepper, onion and fajita seasoning in butter until tender.
- Remove from skillet and cook beef slices until cooked through.
- Add peppers and onions, mix and heat through.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle cheese over meat, serve with sour cream and guacamole.
