Recipe Mushroom Turkey Patties (Main Dish)

Required Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 (4 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained and diced
- 1 (1.5 ounce) package dry beef stew seasoning mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparing/Cooking:
- In a bowl, mix the turkey, mushrooms, beef stew seasoning mix, and eggs.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the skillet, and cook 10 to 12 minutes on each side, to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
