Recipe Oatmeal Raisin Toffee Cookies (Cookie)

Required Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup crushed toffee candy
Preparing/Cooking:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture.
- Blend in the oatmeal and toffee bits.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
