Recipe Peach Pecan Sweet Potatoes (Thanksgiving)

Required Ingredients:
- 6 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen peach slices
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup coffee flavored liqueur
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparing/Cooking:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- Arrange 1/2 the sweet potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer with 1/2 the peaches, and dot with 1/2 the butter.
- Repeat layering with remaining sweet potatoes and peach slices.
- Sprinkle evenly with lemon juice, brown sugar, and ginger.
- Dot with remaining butter, and sprinkle with coffee flavored liqueur.
- Cover, and bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Remove cover, sprinkle with pecans, and continue baking 10 to 15 minutes before serving warm.
