Recipe Rum Cream Pie (Pie)

Required Ingredients:
- 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1/8 cup grated semisweet chocolate
Preparing/Cooking:
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy.
- In a saucepan, soak gelatin in water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir slowly into egg mixture.
- Whip the cream to peaks, and add rum.
- Fold into egg mixture.
- Pour filling into cooled pie shells.
- Sprinkle with shredded chocolate.
- Serve after chilling for several hours.
