Recipe Sour Cream Raisin Pie III (Pie)

Required Ingredients:
- 1 prepared 8 inch pastry shell
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup raisins
Preparing/Cooking:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly.
- Stir in sugar, salt, and spices.
- Stir in sour cream and raisins.
- Pour filling into pastry shell.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out dry.
- Serve warm.
