Recipe Svelte Blue Cheese Dressing and Dip (Salad)

Required Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup NESTLE® CARNATION® Nonfat Dry Milk
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 small clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparing/Cooking:
- To thicken yogurt, stretch a piece of cheesecloth over a bowl and place yogurt on top of the cheesecloth.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Let yogurt drain for several hours or overnight.
- In a small bowl, stir together drained yogurt and milk.
- Mix in green onions, blue cheese, garlic, basil, rosemary and salt.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
