Recipe Sweet Potatoes (Christmas)

Required Ingredients:

• 6 large sweet potatoes
• 1 (15 ounce) can apricot halves
• 4 apple - peeled, cored and sliced
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 2 tablespoons butter

Preparing/Cooking:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)In a large soup pot, boil potatoes until soft.
• Add sliced apples just 5 minutes before potatoes are done.
• Remove from heat.
• Drain.
• In a large casserole dish, mix potatoes and apples.
• Dot with butter.
• Sprinkle brown sugar, walnuts, and raisins on top of potato mixture.
• Pour apricots over top.
• Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
