Recipe Tasty Green Beans (Side Dish)

Required Ingredients:
- 2 pounds fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparing/Cooking:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Melt margarine in a large saucepan over high heat.
- Mixing well, add green beans, onions and garlic.
- Stir in soy sauce.
- While stirring, add bouillon and water.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
