Recipe Crusty Potato Bread (Bread)

Required Ingredients:

• 3 1/4 cups bread flour
• 1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 2 teaspoons instant yeast

Preparing/Cooking:

• Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
• Select White Bread Cycle; press Start.
