Recipe Harvest Yams (Side Dish)

Required Ingredients:
- 3 large yams, quartered length-wise
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, sliced
Preparing/Cooking:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Lay yams skin side down in a 9x12 inch baking dish.
- Pour maple syrup over the yams and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Dot with butter and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
