Recipe Pork Chops with Dijon-Dill Sauce (Pork)

Required Ingredients:

  • 1 pound thin pork loin chops
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Preparing/Cooking:

  • In skillet over medium heat, cook pork chops in oil 6 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and pork reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F.
  • Remove pork to platter; season with bouillon, garlic salt and black pepper.
  • In small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, dill weed, and sugar.
  • Serve sauce with pork chops.
