Recipe Pork Chops with Dijon-Dill Sauce (Pork)

Required Ingredients:
- 1 pound thin pork loin chops
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Preparing/Cooking:
- In skillet over medium heat, cook pork chops in oil 6 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and pork reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F.
- Remove pork to platter; season with bouillon, garlic salt and black pepper.
- In small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, dill weed, and sugar.
- Serve sauce with pork chops.
